Candice and Justin flew me up to Mpumalanga to photograph their big day at Oliver’s Restaurant in White River, which is both of their home town. It is one of those fairytale love stories, they grew up together, went their separate ways to study and work and then found each other later down the line, fell in love and the rest was history. The day of the wedding was a sweltering hot and even though the power cut out from around 2pm until just after the ceremony, that didn’t put an damper on their day at all – thank goodness Candice had managed to get her hair done before that happened! Such a beautiful couple and a beautiful celebration.
